DoThatAgain Privacy Policy

DoThatAgain is made by Sobojinski Solutions LLC. This policy explains what the app stores, where it goes, and how to get rid of it. If anything here is unclear, email justin@dothatagain.app.

The rules for using the app are separate: see the Terms of Service.

What we store

When you use DoThatAgain, we store:

• What you save: the note text, whether it worked, any follow-up updates, and photos you attach.
• Text read from your photos, so you can search it. This reading happens on your iPhone.
• AI-written labels: a short title, a category, tags, and a one-line summary of your note and its updates.
• Reminders you set, including the time and how often.
• Your sign-in details: the email address or Apple private relay address you signed in with.

We do not collect your location, your contacts, your browsing, or any advertising identifier. We do not track you across apps or websites, and we do not sell or share your data with anyone for advertising.

Where it goes

Your notes are stored in a database hosted by Supabase, in the United States. They are private to your account, enforced by database rules, not just by the app. No other user can read them.

To make tagging, summaries and "Ask My Stuff" work, the text of your notes is sent to two AI providers:

• Anthropic (Claude), which writes titles, categories, tags and summaries, and answers your questions using only your own notes.
• OpenAI, which turns your notes into the numbers that make search work.

Both are used through their business APIs, which do not train models on what is sent. Each provider keeps data for a limited period under its own terms. If you would rather not have your notes processed this way, don't save them here.

Photos are stored in a private folder that only your account can open. Voice input is turned into text on your iPhone when your iPhone supports it; on older models, Apple handles it, under Apple's privacy policy.

What we don't do

• No ads, no ad networks, no analytics or tracking SDKs.
• No sharing between users. There is no feed and no public content. Anything you share leaves the app only when you tap Share and pick where it goes.
• No selling of data, ever.

Deleting your data

• One note: open it and tap Delete.
• Your whole account: Settings → Delete Account. This permanently deletes your account, every note, every update and every photo. It cannot be undone.
• A copy first: Settings → Export my data writes everything you've saved to a file you can keep.

Deleted data is removed from the live database immediately and from backups within 30 days.

Children

DoThatAgain is not intended for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to see your data, correct it, take it with you, or have it deleted. The app does all four without you having to ask, but you can also email justin@dothatagain.app and we'll handle it within 30 days.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to the production database is limited to Sobojinski Solutions LLC. Every account's data is separated at the database level, and that separation is tested with an automated suite before releases.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll say so in the app before the change takes effect.
