DoThatAgain is made by Sobojinski Solutions LLC (“we,” “us”). These terms are the agreement between you and us when you use the app, the site, or the beta. If you don’t agree, don’t use it.
Privacy is separate: see the Privacy Policy.
DoThatAgain lets you save what worked (or didn’t) for you, find it later in plain language, set reminders, and — when you ask — look up one thing to try. It is a personal memory tool. It is not a doctor, lawyer, mechanic, financial advisor, or emergency service.
You need an Apple, email, or other sign-in we offer. You are responsible for that account. Don’t share it. We can close an account that is abusive, illegal, or a risk to the service.
The app is not for children under 13. Don’t create an account for one.
You own what you save — notes, updates, photos, ratings.
You give us a limited license to store it, index it, label it, summarize it, search it, and send the text to the AI providers named in the privacy policy so the product can work. We don’t claim ownership. We don’t show your notes to other users.
Don’t save anything you don’t have the right to save. Don’t upload illegal content, someone else’s private data you shouldn’t have, or material that is only meant to attack other people.
You can export or delete your data as described in the privacy policy. Deletion of the account is permanent.
Titles, categories, tags, summaries, search, answers, merge suggestions, and Try It ideas are generated by software. They can be incomplete or wrong.
Try It looks things up on the public web and suggests something to try. Sources are shown when we have them. That is not a promise the pages are correct, safe, or still up.
Do not rely on the app for health, safety, legal, tax, or financial decisions. If the stakes are high, check a qualified human.
While the app is in TestFlight / beta, features change, break, or disappear. Data may need to be reset. No uptime promise.
If we offer a paid plan, Apple charges you through your Apple ID. Refunds and billing follow Apple’s rules, not ours. Unused Try It ideas don’t roll into cash. We can change allowances prospectively; we won’t silently take away content you already saved.
Don’t try to break the app, scrape it, overload it, probe other accounts, or resell access. Don’t use it to store or send anything the law forbids.
The app is provided as is. We don’t warrant that search will find every note, that a summary is complete, that an idea is safe, or that the service will be available.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Sobojinski Solutions LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost data, lost profits, or the cost of doing something again yourself.
Our total liability for anything related to the app is capped at the greater of (a) what you paid us for the app in the 12 months before the claim or (b) $50. Some states don’t allow some of these limits; in those states we limit only as far as the law allows.
If your content or your use of the app gets us sued or fined, you will cover the reasonable cost of that — unless we caused it.
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we’ll say so in the app or on the site before they take effect. Keep using the app after that and you accept the new terms.
Wisconsin law governs, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a fight has to go to court, the courts in Wisconsin have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we can still use the small-claims process where you live if the law requires it.
